Overview of NetSuite CRM: Sales

In this demonstration, we dive into NetSuite CRM for sales roles. Starting on the dashboard, we’ll show reminders, like leads that need follow up as well as tasks to complete. We also explain how to leverage the KPI portlet to get more detailed information on customers, leads, quota attainment and more. Next, we demonstrate how sales reps use NetSuite CRM to manage individual customers, and we’ll reveal how to track customer transactions and other activities, like phone calls and events. Lastly, we’ll explain how sales managers can leverage the portlet to track KPIs that are specific to their role, like sales, quota attainment and forecast, and how to split those KPIs by territory, rep, team and more.

Overview of NetSuite CRM: Marketing

In this demonstration, we dive into NetSuite CRM for marketers. The dashboard shows reminders for tasks to be completed, campaigns that need attention as well as drillable KPIs that provide a real-time view into sales, active campaigns, campaign responses and leads. We’ll click into an active campaign to show campaign details, such as: Cost, expected revenue, sent emails, cost per lead, the number of new purchasers and more. Lastly, we’ll use the “NetSuite Campaign to ROI” report to analyze the success of a campaign at both the campaign type level and the individual marketing campaign level.
