Gaurav holds a PhD. and BE (Honours) in Computer Engineering. Under his leadership AVT has won many Netsuite Partner Community awards including ANZ Rising Star Partner of Year in 2020 and various 4 Star Partner awards over the years.

Gaurav has successfully helped over 500 companies with Business Transformation, Process Automations and Systems Integration projects and has earned a solid reputation in the market. Gaurav is also the product director of AVT NetSuite SuiteApps (Pre-packaged process automations in NetSuite listed on SuiteApp.com) and actively consults and participates as a subject matter expert.

Anthony is a CPA and joined AVT in 2022. Prior to this, he was part of the executive team at DocsCorp, a leading legal tech company, where he served as CFO/COO and Head of Compliance for over 15 years. DocsCorp was an early adopter of NetSuite, implementing it in 2008, which supported the company’s exponential growth until its acquisition by HG Capital in 2021.

At AVT, he serves as COO, bringing valuable knowledge and experience to AVT’s clients from an ‘Office of the CFO’ perspective, along with expertise in HR and Payroll, Information Systems, Information Security, Support, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Consulting.

Bec has 10 years experience as an Account Manager across industry sectors globally. Her goal is to provide valuable and long-lasting relationships that ensure continued success through consistent and best-in-class support. Bec assists customers in making the most out of their software investment by collaboratively working with them and the team for continuous improvement to adapt and respond to changes.

With an educational background in Engineering, Peter joined AVT as a New ERP Sales Consultant in 2020 and looks after Victoria and South Australia based accounts. Peter  has over 6 years in B2B software experience across multiple IT sectors and is focused on ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction & experience whilst providing solutions that are mutually beneficial.

Amey Ekbote is a sales professional with a background in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, and Transport-Logistics Compliance. Further venturing into the SAAS technology sector, particularly in the NetSuite ERP arena, he passionately advocates and encourages the use of sophisticated tools to boost efficiency, accelerate growth, and integrate business processes to make quick & effective decisions.

Sela’s passion for technology led him to become the Australian Head of IT for what was then the world’s third-largest biotechnology company. His experience with NetSuite, along with his management and business background, ensures a focus on teamwork and emphasizes the critical role a collaborative environment plays in any company undergoing business transformation.

Ross Leahy is a Senior Consultant who specialises in implementing NetSuite for Manufacturing, Wholesale and Services clients. He commenced his career as a Financial and Cost Management Accountant in 1981 and became involved in the implementation of an MRP system. Moving to Australia in 1985, he left accounting behind as a profession and began his consulting career. He has worked with Oracle NetSuite since 2006 and has guided implementations for the full range of small to large enterprises.

Stuti has eleven years of experience in various roles including NetSuite Developer & Administrator, Project Lead, Technical Lead and Software Engineer. She has expertise in requirements analysis, collaborating with business teams and SMEs, assessing technology integration and major IT project implementations, and defect management including support for end-to-end traceability of requirements to test cases.
