To Our Partner Community,
Due to increasing concerns about the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, and to help protect the health and safety of our customers, employees, partners and everyone who helps host the event, Oracle NetSuite is postponing SuiteWorld20, originally scheduled for April 20 – 23, 2020 in Las Vegas, until August 10 – 13, 2020. The event will still be held at The Venetian Resort and the Sands Expo Convention Center in Las Vegas.
All registrants of SuiteWorld will automatically be registered for the August event. Those who cannot attend will be offered a full refund. More details in the FAQ below.
An email has gone out to all registered attendees with this update. Information will also be updated on the SuiteWorld website. Please direct any additional questions to suiteworld@netsuite.com.
FAQ
What is the process of transferring my registration to the new date?
Current registrants of SuiteWorld in April will automatically be registered for the event now scheduled for August 10 – 13, 2020.
How do I reschedule my hotel and airfare?
If you booked your hotel through the SuiteWorld website, your hotel will be cancelled automatically. To rebook for the new date in August, please visit your Event Dashboard. You will receive a cancellation confirmation for your previous reservation via email in the coming weeks. Please manage your own changes for airfare, other transportation and hotel booked outside of the SuiteWorld website.
What if I can’t make it to the rescheduled event?
A full refund will be provided to any SuiteWorld registrant that cannot attend August 10 – 13, 2020. Refund requests must be received by May 22, 2020.
