Last Friday, we had a chat with the Rohit from Zizo to ask about their company and their recent purchase of AVT Container Solution.
Can you please tell us about Zizo?
Zizo is a second generation family company founded in 2006. Our vision is to provide innovative phone cases, covers and accessories of the highest quality and unrivalled customer service.
Zizo spends countless hours innovating, designing, and most importantly packing our products. Our team is dedicated to making sure every order is packed with precision and care.
How many containers do you receive per week/month?
We receive 6 containers per week – 3 containers and 3 air shipments.
Approx. how many line items coming into NetSuite per week?
I would say around 1,000 per container, and around 150 per air shipment.
Why did you choose to purchase NetSuite and the AVT Container Management solution?
We purchased Netsuite to get a cloud solution for order management, inventory management, CRM, accounting. We purchased AVT Container Management solution to be able to manage containers and easily receive shipments based on packing lists. We receive approximate 800-1000 order lines per shipment and the standard process in NetSuite was time consuming and cumbersome. We wanted to improve receiving and shipping costs allocations and the AVT SuiteApp solution was able to manage this for us.
